I will refrain from typing "Up the irons" in all caps over and over again.
And Pretty much everything, although I'd say I'm most familiar with 80s/90's alternative (Malfunkshun, Pixies, Soundgarden, AIC) and Heavy Metal (From like, Sir Lord Baltimore to Mayhem)

On a good day I pull out the R&B cause I'm cool like that.

Mayhem huh? Well, I just learned quite about their history a couple days ago, a unique band.

Yeah, TBH, I stop caring about Black Metal ala Mayhem, Emperor, Immortal, and Gorgoroth. Those 1989 - 1995 bands were "black" (:P) enough to be black metal, but still alittle thrashy here and there, and I'm a big thrash fan. Thought it was a good mix.

What about you? What are you into?

I'm a classic rock whore. I'll give anything a try except pop. Yes, even country.
I like metal, but if the I can't understand the lyrics, I refuse to listen to it.

Haha, thats understandable.
When you say classic do you mean like The stones, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, etc, or like Journey and Boston? I saw quite a debate a few days ago over whether Journey could be considered "Classic"

I could see why Journey could be considered Classic. I actually like all those bands you listed. You pretty much get the point there of what else I like. So, how about sharing some music? I'm looking for some Metal bands to add to my small collection. Any recommendations?

I've always recommended Megadeth for everything since I'm a legit fanboy. Theres all the obvious ones like Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Motorhead, Metallica, etc... I'd say, if you don't already have them of course, to go for Motley Crue's "Too Fast for Love" and "Shout at The Devil", Pentagrams "Be Forewarned", Diamondheads "Lightning to the Nations", Dark Angels "Time Does Not Heal", anddddd, Psycroptics "Ob (Servant)"

Those are just the ones that randomly come to mind because I've been listening to them to death.
