so dont know where else to post this..

i've been looking throughold music videos, really stupid ones mind you and i remember this one video i don't remember i think it was from the late 90's..i believe it was 2 white guys dressed up in diapers and there were these sesame street looking characters in the music video and maybe alphabet blocks..def a dumb song but its bothering me and i cant figure out what it is!!

does anyone know??
