Hello everyone! I am currently procrastinating bedtime and I have decided that introducing myself to you all is more important than sleep.

I'm a 21 year old guy currently residing in Scotland who spends too much time listening to music and too little time socialising (curse you for being so good, music!). I'm constantly exploring new music, which I think is a reaction to my sorry musical upbringing of solely manufactured pop (think Take That, The Spice Girls, S-Club 7...).

What are my favourite bands? SikTh; Godspeed You! Black Emperor; and Low for sure! I love plenty more bands - my addictions more recently have been: The Appleseed Cast; Converge; Isis; BOaT; Windy & Carl; Rosetta; Neurosis; Made Out Of Babies; and I could go on and ON!

I have also been learning the piano for the past year or so and during my teenage years I learned the violin and guitar. I've tried writing music but my creativity is dire. Hah!

tl;dr - Hello, I like music too much.
