Hello everyone. I found this site while looking for some information on a band called the Don Martin Three and, well, I thought the site looked nice and I like music, so I put two and two together and...here I am! :wave:

I have fairly eclectic taste in music and I'm fairly open to almost anything. That probably seems a bit overplayed on a music forum, but I promise it's true. :rolleyes:

Anyway, I listen to mostly punk, ska, folk, emo, and hardcore...My roots go back to classic stuff like The Beatles and Led Zeppelin. I'd have to say those are two of my favorite classic rock bands, alongside Audience, Warren Zevon, The Who, Pink Floyd, Cream...Lots of stuff like that. As of late, however, my favorite bands are ones such as The Arrogant Sons of Bitches, Cap'n Jazz, The Blood Brothers, Streetlight Manifesto, Andrew Jackson Jihad, Fugazi, Black Flag, Minor Threat, Screeching Weasel, The Queers, The Germs, Bomb the Music Industry!, The Clash...Ah, crap, there's a lot. But you get the idea.

Hopefully this is enough info to get things going. I love discussing music, so I plan on being around. :wavey:

Don Martin Three's "4" made my head explode with awesomeness; it's like the first time I listened to Bivouac by Jawbreaker. Anyways, nice to meet you!

Favorite Tim Burton films?

Ummm...Big Fish, Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, and Sweeney Todd.

With that said, he needs to drop Johnny Depp for a while. Not that I don't love the guy. It's just getting old.

I'm not very familiar with most of the music you've listed. Perhaps I will learn to appreciate some from your future posts.

I know what you mean. Charlie & the Chocolate Factory was really a catastrophe, and I'm hoping Alice in Wonderland doesn't fail as well.

Sure thing! I love talking/sharing music, and this board has my curiosity piqued; I looked around and there are plenty of bands that I have never heard of and I'm very interested.

I refuse to even watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. So yeah, I guess all I can do is cross my fingers for Alice In Wonderland. Here's hoping he takes the grim version of it and does wonders! Also, awesome avatar, haha.
