Hello all!
I'm new here, and I listen to a lot of music...anything that's appealing, really. I have multiple genres and artists on my iTunes, including: classic rock, hard rock, thrash metal, nu metal, punk, alternative, country, classical, jazz, orchestra, marching band, instrumentals, rap, hip hop, and pop. I like a lot. Some of my favorite artists: The Offspring, Michael Jackson, The Beatles (and the J/P/G/R solo stuff), Johnny Cash, Alan Jackson, and Foo Fighters. I like video games, and play a lot of SEGA games here, (my favorite ever is Shenmue, let me know if you've heard of it), and my faovirte TV show is 24. Best ever. Welp, hope that's a pretty good start. How's everyone? |
You have marching bands on you iPod?
Welcome! And don't feel bad about the marching bands on iPod. I'm the same way. |
Yes! Another Beatles fan! What is your favorite album?
|
@ bandteacher1: Haha, thanks. I listen to a lot of recordings from my high school band (symphonic, jazz, concert, marching), and also have some stuff from local universities, and audition only bands (state, district, so on). I also listen to some drum corps, Madison being my all time favorite.
Are you a high school music teacher? What's your primary instrument(s)? @stopher723: I'd have to say Abbey Road. Just LOVE the medley. I only recently started getting into them, my World History/Psychology/Sociology teacher lent me his personal collection of 30 burnt CDs with 612 songs from The Beatles, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr solo stuff. I got 504 songs from that. :) What's your favorite album? Who's your favorite Beatle? |

Faveourite Beatle is McCartney, he just wrote more good songs than any of the others. faveourite album im undedcied on, at the minute its a hard days night but Abbey Road is probably the my most listened to alongside Help. All their albums are fantastic though. |
Welcome. :3

I agree, I like all of their albums, although their pre Rubber Soul albums had some songs that I didn't like, and so did Magical Mystery Tour, Let It Be, and the White Album. I like all of Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt. Pepper's, and Abbey Road though.
As for my favorite Beatle, I'd honestly just have to say Ringo. While not the best songwriter, he has some great songs, and one of his newest, Liverpool 8, is just fantastic. I also love his voice and the simplicity of the Beatles music he was featured in. |

My favorite album is Revolver. I love how trippy it gets, especially with Tomorrow Never Knows. I'm with you though that Abbey Road is a great album too. |
