Talking odds10to1

Greetings Everyone, I am odds10to1, from North Carolina. I am a disabled house painter. Living alone with 3 wonderful children. 2 grown and a 12 year old straight A student. I love to write poetry and songs. My family likes to sing and play music. Southern Gospel Only for Dad & Mom. I am 54 years old, with a serious heart condition. But I Don't seek or want pity. I just want you to know my disability. I don't know a lot about music, production, recording, mixing and so forth. But I do know something about Rhythm, timming, and beat. Music is in my soul. I may ask a lot of questions, not because I am stupid, but because I am trying to learn. I just hope this is the Group that will help to teach me. Thank You.

Hi and welcome to MB.

Nice to have a mature person here to counteract all the 13 year olds that the mods allow these days.

Can you tell us more about the music you like to listen to, like artists or albums you have found yourself listening to a lot lately? There's a lot of different people here with varied tastes so I'm sure you'll be able to recommend some good stuff and get equally good suggestions given to yourself. Plus a lot of people here are into making music so I'm sure your questions can be answered.

Welcome to the Boards! Music is every where, every moment of every day. From the construction crew hammering away out side, to the honks of the cars passing by, to the soft whistle of the wind. It's all music. I have three wonderful sons as well; whom are actually mine. But I like to think I have over 2,400 kids. All of the students I've ever taught, I like to think that they are my kids. After all, once a student of mine, always a student of mine. But welcome to the boards once again.
