I'm a generally zany guy with a "bad" self that can easily get triggered, and though I can usually understand what's going on better than most people, I get frustrated easily.

Currently learning: The solo to Velvet Revolver's "You Got No Right"
I didn't believe that you were twelve for one second until I saw this part. Ugh. Velvet Revolver.

Anyways, I think you should stay. There's a wealth of good musical knowledge here that I know I benefited from and I'm sure you can too.

You certainly have a pretty full self-image for being 12. But then again, it seems the older I get, the less I know myself.

Welcome, Bullet. Being 12 is a wonderful age for exploring more and more of the world of music. I'm glad you are able to pursue your musical passions and have family members who inspire and encourage you. Having people to enjoy music with is a lovely experience. When I was 12 I wrote my first real poem (about some birds). Little did I know that 30 years later I'd still be writing about...birds. It will be fun to see where your musical interests take you and what new or current directions you'll follow! I hope you will enjoy MB. Like Rickenbacker says, there's lots of good music info here.

Seems like it's pretty unanimous. I don't think it can hurt a 12 year old's music taste to kick it around here but this better not mean i have to watch my filthy mouth?
