He's probably just a nice older gentleman who doesn't fully understand the concept of a place like this. I probably would have done the same thing 4 years ago when I couldn't understand why people would want to just talk about music without any promotion or plugs. He probably saw MusicBanter and was like, "well there ya go, a nice place I can promote the music." After multiple warnings to stop he continued on because the concept of a music website purely for discussion reasons ecscapes him.

nope... he's been hitting up music forums for years using the exact same angle. this is not my first close encounter with mr. colyer, started just over 5 years ago actually. he's interesting and provided me with one of my longest running sigs about led zeppelin being nothing more than noise and drugs.
