lol, ya someone recorded it with a cheap camara, those are pretty old vids too. I do wish we had some decent recordings with the new material too but it's hard enough to schedule practice w/ 5 people in the band. My name's Johanna but everyone calls me Jo or Jana.

Damn, I'm good. I narrowed it down. Usually the chicks play keyboards in punk bands. Then I saw 'Jo', and I said to myself 'That there's a female!' and bam, we're B.M.B.F.F.

Thanks, imperial. I think you'll really like it here.

I mainly joined because I want to become familiar with other local bands from other regions (well I guess they're not local if they're from other regions). You guy's should let me know about good bands where you guys live. Check out the Creepy Creeps, they're from San Diego and they're awesome!

Thanks. I grew up learning classical music and reading music so up until I started playing with these guys in ten seconds to liftoff. Classical is so complex and structured. I really love the simplicity of our music. Shows are so much fun because we put a ton of energy into them.

I grew up with Classical music too. :) Also, I hear you on the local bands collaboration. My boyfriend is in a metal band that is on tour right now. He's also on MB as ElephantSack, so keep an eye out for him so you guys can perhaps schedule some shows together. They've not that much money, so they've been traveling through this website called couchsurfing.com, where you can find free places to stay and meet locals in the towns that you travel to. It's pretty ****ing sick if you ask me. Have you guys toured yet? Or are you looking for other local bands in different areas to book shows with?

Oh cool, I'll look them up. 3 of us are all about touring, the other 2 have wives and kids so they don't want to be away from their families. We do play all over New Mexico, sometimes El Paso texas. We've been talking about doing some AZ and CA shows. A bar here in Town that's really friendly towards touring bands is El Patio, the bar also has a myspace. Ya no kidding, we rent a van and crap all our gear in there and drive to Albuquerque, it's so much fun. People are always super nice about letting bands crash at their place. Is he's band touring the Southwest at all?

I do have a lot of appreciation for it but I some point you just want to stop playing someone else's music and start playing your own you know.
