Music Banter - My Own Introduction

I am 24 year old Male, Born, Raised and will hopefully die in South Carolina :P

Hopefully... Ill be hanging around. I'm not new to forums, but this is my first Music forum. Usually I spend my time on the internet on Highdefdigest.com or Blu-ray.com searching movies, which is my main hobby I guess. I have a pretty big Home Theater System, which lately I have found works for music as well as movies.

Before the these forums, I usually found music by word of mouth, soundtracks, or searching peoples friends on Myspace :). I usually never turn the radio on.

Now on to my music preferences.....

In High School I started listening to my Own music, at first I didnt know what music I should be into.... I asked my dad to go to the Locally ran CD store and ask the people behind the counter what music a 13 year old usually listens to.

Sooo... My first CDs I ever owned was 311 Self Titled and Red Hot Chili Peppers- Mothers Milk, that was 1997. Which of course lead me to Sublime.
From there I went to Nu-Metal :P
I love Korns first 3 Albums.... They suck now.
Limp Bizkits First Album maybe the Second.

SlipKnot.... I guess First Album
HED-PE First Album and their Latest ones
ETC

Then ICP, Kottonmouth Kings, and Tech Nine

Then someday after I got out of High School.... I found Bob Dylan! Gees That was some year. From Bob Dylan I went to pretty much all of the sixties from The Beatles to Hendrix.

Lately... I have enjoyed music from

Pretty Much alot of Reggae inspired music.... (Unemployed no more drug tests :) )

Since I have been on this site in the past week or so... I have found myself enjoying alot more music. I havent just found artists I enjoy but whole genres... Those being a lot of Underground Rap and Gothic Country.

Artists I hate....
Metallica (Girl Friends Fav Band)
Commercialized Rap IE Soulja Boy and anything that repeats one hook over and over
EMO---- My Favorite rock station has turned into a nothing but EMO station.
Pretty much anything that plays on the POP station.

I think I am done got now.....
