On a side note though, if you're playing shows in galleries in Pittsfield I can almost guarantee you know a good a friend of mine who is heavily involved in the gallery scene there.

It sounds pretty familiar, but I don't think so.

Ah well. He's one of the many MassArt alumni with a studio in downtown Pittsfield and has been on several of city's arts-related committees, thought you might know him.

Edit: Actually he has had some artwork in the gallery you're playing at too.

That's pretty cool. Are you from here too?

I'm originally from southeastern Mass. but went to MassArt which is how I know the Pittsfield MassArt people.
