Hey
I just joined (as you probably can tell). My name is Adam and I've joined a lot of forums in the past, but none with the sole focus of music, and well, I love music. I like pretty much everything except [most] country and rap. I listen to VERY LITTLE country VERY RARELY and I like some songs by bands such as Fort Minor... But what I prefer is alternative/indie/rock/punk/electronica/etc.
My favorite bands are probably Rise Against (by far), Anti-Flag, Autopilot Off, Action Action, Agent Orange, Good Riddance, Green Day (and the Foxboro Hottubs), The Blood Brothers, Breaking Benjamin, Cobra Starship, Evan's Blue, Gatsby's American Dream, Hed (PE), Gorillaz, Lostprophets, Nickelback, NOFX, P.O.D., Papa Roach, Paramore, Quietdrive, Saves the Day, Senses Fail, Sixx:AM, Sparta, Staind, Suicidal Tendences, Black Flag, Underoath, The Zutons, Goodnight Nurse, and a lot more. Bands in bold I REALLY LIKE. All the other bands I like too, but I probably only like a couple of their songs, only know a couple of their songs, or don't listen to them often enough to really, really like them. Yeah, I'm looking forward to my time on this site. Hopefully I'll learn about a lot of great bands I've never heard of before, and find people interested in the same bands I'm interested in.
