Default Hey All!

It's been a while since I've dived into the seedy underbelly of the internet known as forum posting, but since searching for a music community to expand my interests in music, I've decided to register for an account here and relearn what it's like to be mocked and belittled.

I am kidding, of course. I'm looking forward to discussing music and maybe finding some new groups and bands to listen to.

My music tastes vary from day to day. One day I'll be listening to metal (I'm more of a power metal/prog metal fan: Sonata Arctica, Dragonforce, Tyr, Manowar, Helloween, Pelican, Dream Theatre) Punk rock (skate mostly: Pennywise, NOFX, Millencollin, Guns N' Wankers,) Rock (RHCP, Foo Fighters, Trews, Black Mountain) and everything else in between.

At the moment though, I'm listening to soundtracks from random video games, Black Mountain - In The Future, and eels - Useless Trinkets.

Favorite Bands:
eels
The Headstones
Dragonforce
Sonata Arctica
Joy Division
My Bloody Valentine
Ulrich Schnauss
Black Mountain
Pennywise
Sufjan Stevens
John Frusciante
Dreadnaught
Explosions In The Sky
Mogwai
Pelican
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Beastie Boys
Public Enemy
Rage Against The Machine

I've got more, but that was the short list I could come up with on 5 minutes notice.

I'm all over the map on a good day.
