Hahah that reminds me of when I had this conversation with this dude about Elliott Smith and he tried to one up me and was all "Yeah I got into him when I saw him play in 04." I then pointed out he was dead by then.

This is how that conversation would have gone if I was there

Him: How long have you been listening to Bright Eyes?
Me: WILL YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP ABOUT THAT FUCKING WET CUMSTAIN IT'S NOT 2002 ANYMORE YOU FUCKING PRICK. IF YOU WANT TO IMPRESS ME WITH HOW FUCKING COOL YOU SUPPOSEDLY ARE AT LEAST FIND A BAND NOT LIKED BY EVERY ANNOYING FUCKING INDIE KID IN THE ENTIRE FUCKING WORLD YOU CUNT , AND WHERES THAT FUCKING BEER YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE GETTING A FUCKING HOUR AGO.
