I do not get it either.
I am educating myself through Alan Cross podcasts. Probably better than a Big Brother?

Well, if I get to have a grasshopper, there's gonna be a strict training regime. Rigorous posting of serious arguments with at-least-near-perfect grammars is a good start. Every line should be ripe with content. Conditioning ones wit against trolls is a possibility and, of course, it's important to excercise the ability to mentally map every active member's average quality of posts to help filter out who and what's dismissable - or not.

I would expect no less than a members journal with interesting reading such as reviews, introductions to niche musical scenes, collections of trivia or other music related litterary treasures.

Developing patience and dedication to mindless tasks such as collecting links to album reviews will, of course, also be focused on.

JukeBoxHero 03-09-2009 01:50 PM

I find large forums to be overwhelming sometimes, I would appreciate it if someone would mentor me in the ways of using one, and just teach me more about music too, that's important:D
