The member who adopts the newbie is then their "mentor" for their first six months here or until the mentor deems them eligible for release into the MB world alone, in which time the newbie can then become a mentor for others. Now the members in charge of newbs can and will be held fully responsible for their actions, so teach them well! And this MAY be treated as a draft.
