Story's post x3

mrguy 02-14-2010 09:46 PM

Did i ever end up adopted? :/

*Cath* 02-15-2010 08:46 PM

I'm in definite need of direction. Adopt me?

Arya Stark 02-15-2010 09:16 PM

Okay adoptee one and two.
I've not adopted in a while.
Tell me about yourselves.

mrguy 02-16-2010 12:30 AM

If you were asking me, i think I already answered you earlier...
if not tell, tell me what you want to know

*Cath* 02-16-2010 05:26 AM

What would you like to know, AwwSugar?

Arya Stark 02-16-2010 08:50 AM

Everything important.
Anything interesting that might make one of us want to adopt you.

mrguy 02-16-2010 06:13 PM

Ummm.....
Favourite Bands - Muse, Porcupine Tree, Radiohead, The Killers, The White Rabbits, QotSA, Depeche Mode, Kaiser Chiefs.
Favourite Films - Hot Fuzz and most Ricky Gervais movies.
Food - Indian
Hobbies - Collecting Music, Finding new music, Making Film (esp. Stop-motion).

Is that what you wanted?

NumberNineDream 02-18-2010 12:23 PM

It sure is!

Any stop-motion films that you already made? I'm very interested to watch anything you did actually...
Btw, what's your name, age, location ? Your nickname gives a very vague image of you...

mrguy 02-18-2010 07:51 PM

I have already made a few with a friend. I'm 15, from NZ, and my name is Jonathan-but everyone calls me Jonnie.

I haven't made any stop-motions for about 6 months, but I can post some if you like...

NumberNineDream 02-18-2010 08:20 PM

Would love to see some!
I made one with my friend, and loved the whole process. Though it was 2 minutes long, we worked for a straight 7 hours period. Still was wild.
I'll retry to upload mine also.

Btw, you're adopted :p:

mrguy 02-18-2010 09:11 PM

They do take ages
plus our plot lines were incredibly stupid.

Thanks :D

Laurent Quinn Proper 02-18-2010 09:42 PM

Adopt me. :)

NumberNineDream 02-18-2010 09:45 PM

^ We need you to tell us something about you...

I think stupid plot lines are a definite win! The more absurd the better :D

Sincerely Yours 03-06-2010 06:21 PM

Iiii would love it if someone would adopt me. [:

Edit: Just saw that I need to actually tell you something about myself. Which makes sense.

I'm 19, I love taking pictures, I have genre ADD like whoa, and nicknames are my favorite.
I pick short/seemingly insignificant lyrics out of songs and think of things/moments/people that they remind me of.
I don't do awkward, so ask me anything you like.

Rickenbacker 03-07-2010 02:15 PM

Okay then. Rate this song on a scale of one to ten and we'll see.

Sansa Stark 03-07-2010 02:16 PM

Where in Michigan are you from, Sincerely?

Sincerely Yours 03-07-2010 02:38 PM

Rickenbacker: 9. Intro was a little long, but I loved his voice and the general sound. And now I have to go download it, so thanks for that.

Paloma: Originally from Cereal City (Battle Creek), but I go to school in East Lansing. Which is a lovely 45 minutes from home.

Sansa Stark 03-07-2010 02:41 PM

Oh word, I'm up in Saginaw. East Lansing's pretty bitchin, got nothin' on Ann Arbor though as far as college towns go, imo. I'd adopt you since you're from the mitten AND like Gaga but Dickenbacker probably is gonna call dibs. but if he doesn't I'll take you under my wing

You pass! The Feelies are an amazing band that basically started the whole college rock movement back in the early 80s. And i'm seeing them in a few weeks so I'm psyched!

What's your favorite album to hate yourself to?

Sincerely Yours 03-07-2010 02:53 PM

Haha. I have heard a LOT of good things about Ann Arbor. But as a Spartan, my loyalty is to EL.
And awesome. [: I'm excited.

Understandable, Ann Arbor does have bums who dance in alleyways, it's almost like a West Side Story. It's kind of terrifying being around Spartan/Wolverines fans when they face each other, all the screaming heard from faraway always makes me think I'm missing out on someone getting murdered. I know last year?the year before? a friend of mine graduated from MSU and the speaker was Chris Hansen ahahaha

Hahaha. That's amazing. I'm pretty jealous, actually.

I thiiink I might be interpreting that question the wrong way, but I'd say that I hate myself most when I listen to anything by Snow Patrol. They're so generic, but I really like his voice. That is literally the ONLY reason they're in my iTunes at all.

YES. I stay inside during the games. Everyone is crazy and drunk.
And that's hilarious. I hope the speaker for my graduation is that epic. Hahaha.

It's truly terrifying that it happens all over the state, even up here. I don't think you can out-epic Chris Hansen though, unless you got Mr. T or something.

Actually, the little that I have, I love. But I'm weird picky about my music. To me, Snow Patrol just has a similar sound to The Fray and the like. Which isn't to say I don't enjoy it, I just get bored easily.

Sansa Stark 03-07-2010 03:45 PM

Oh guuurl. Hit me up in PM's if you need any more Smiths. I'm always willing to share lolz.
I understand that you're picky though, I'm terribly picky myself but I'm probably more of a **** about it :P What DO you have?

Sincerely Yours 03-07-2010 04:07 PM

Hahaha. I've literally got like 3 songs. I love them, I just haven't had a chance to get any more.

Arya Stark 03-07-2010 05:52 PM

You adopting, Dayna?

Sansa Stark 03-07-2010 06:16 PM

owait not eligible, POO

Sincerely Yours 03-08-2010 10:22 AM

What makes you eligible? Or not eligible, I suppose.

Sansa Stark 03-08-2010 12:40 PM

lol, something about needing to be here six months and I've only been here for...three....

haha, I doubt anyone REALLY cares though

pourmeanother 03-08-2010 12:43 PM

I care. We must preserve the sanctity of online adoption.

Sansa Stark 03-08-2010 01:01 PM

I'd make a good mother :(

Sincerely Yours 03-08-2010 01:49 PM

Ooooh. I guess that makes sense?
