I've never been crazy about introduction threads, and I do find them to be a little silly more often than not when people can meet on a more personal level through actual talking and discussion and all that good stuff.

I'm totally rambling though and completely going against what I just said, so that being said. Hi, I'm new. Known by friends as Anthony, but to all else I suppose "Advent" will suffice for now.

Do I love music? Yes. To an absurd degree.

Do I love all of it? Almost. There are a few pop songs I can't stand, but that's about it.

Do I play an instrument? Surprise, surprise, I do. Tearing it up six-string electric for three or four years now?

Do I want to meet you? Most likely, yeah.

Am I a little crazy sometimes? Errr..let's not talk about that.

Anything more about me: People tell me I'm a writer, but I tend to abhor doing it a good portion of the time. I like philosophy and thinking and silly little unimportant things like that. And more than everything else, I think I really enjoy talking.

Musically I'm pretty all over the map. My personal favorite genre has always been ska, but I'm also pretty far into hardcore, thrash, metal, punk, jazz & swing, classical, bluegrass, J-pop, trance & techno, the list really goes on.

I've only heard Behind Enemy Lines and Emiliana Torrini out of those, but I use to really like Behind Enemy Lines when I was more into that stuff. So good stuff, stick around.
