If everything should go according to plan, we will be picking her up anytime soon.
She's still a puppy, gets along with both cat and 5 month old kid, but the owner's older dog doesn't accept her.
She can't stand being alone for more than a couple of hours. That's perfect for my dad. He's home most of the time and takes the dog with him whenever he can.

She's more than 200 miles away, but we might be on our way to pick her up tomorrow :)

Penelope's always in the basket too. I pile the clothes on her....usually warm out of the dryer.

Nope, he is just a typical domestic shorthair, but they do have very similar markings indeed.

So yours is a Turkish Van? Does he like to swim? My cats have a gigantic hate for water.
