His birthday was yesterday. He's not gotten any bigger over the past couple years. It's pretty great. Always looks like a kitten and I love it.

I had one cat who always looked like a kitten too, and she was impossibly soft. She died though :(
My other cat is a cuddly chubby goof, I can confirm that it is way better than a skinny cat. He's also one of those cats that lets you rub their tummy :)

More than likely, yes. Just gotta be the right little fur baby though, since she's a very extraordinary feline. A friend and me saved her mother from certain death of being used as pit bull bait many moons ago and she was part of the first litter. One of the smartest, most affectionate cats I've ever had the pleasure of sharing oxygen with. Not even exaggerating a little.
