Nah, I can't blame the ganja on that one unfortunately. That was all me. I used to work 75-hour weeks. I was overtired, and trying to do more than what I could at once. I actually couldn't smoke during those years, too high risk of a job at the time.

I used to work in the "tobacco business." A few of those cheap lighter packs would come in busted in the case occasionally. The manufacturer wouldn't do a credit system for them, and repackaging them wasn't really worth the time to the accountant, so we'd damage them out, and then he'd tell me to go throw them out, I asked him if I could just have them instead and he was fine with that.
