I like larger dogs, too. But unfortunately I see so many people get big dogs when they don't have a big enough backyard or enough time to keep the dog occupied
![]() That's why I have a little dog! I have a small yard and work full time so can't really take him for walks to exercise him but he's quite happy running around in our small yard. I got him from a shelter when he was 2 years old, they were going to put him down because they said he had health problems but I adopted him anyway and now he is 13 years old and going strong! |

Just shows you that shelters arn't always right doesn't it!, I got my dog from a great dane rescue, when she was 5weeks old, by luck they had puppies, but we also had to pay a hefty amount, cos she was a pup. here the big mutt is; ![]() A rare occurance, me letting her in my room, nevermind on my bed. Rooms a bit untidy, sorry ![]() ![]() unsure if I posted this before, but the big ones mines, and the small ones my sisters! ![]()

![]() Does he have Husky in him? I think two different colored eyes is a trait mainly found in husky's and mine has a little husky I believe. |

What an awesome dog! I am quite fond of huskies- I really want one, but the more I'm reading up, the more I'm shying away... Sounds like they have a tendency to run away and try to escape backyards (don't feel too much owner attachment). Plus, I'm apartment bound for a while, so I'd feel bad keeping a dog cooped up like that without a large backyard to roam free in.
