Sooooo...

Some of you know about my new kitty Libby Tick-Willow. She is my replacement "pocket kitty" (not that Isabelle could ever be replaced, RIP).

Anyhow, my three year old has totally cat-swooped on me! What a proud, slightly bittersweet day for Mom

Animals also shouldn't have cutesy names. It makes pet owners look pathetic.

I've named a few cats in my day. None were mine, officially.

Named one cat Oreo because it was black and white.

Named another cat **** Face because it had a black face. Hmm. Just now hit me that the cat had black face.

Named one cat Al because I asked him his name and he was like "Al".

Named one cat Ray Charles because he had no eyes. That cat was mine. Al ripped his eyes out as a kid.
