He gets food and cuddles whenever we're home in the apartment, so he's a bit spoiled. He expects to get taken out for breakfast every morning and hangs on the cage bars when we wake up.

I've been around rats for almost 20 years and they are fantastic pets, much smarter than other small rodents like mice, gerbils or hamsters. It's perfect if you can't have anything bigger and/or if you don't have the time to walk a dog or a similar problem. We live in a student apartment and they're pretty strict about pets, but rats are easy to keep under the radar.

Rats are AWESOME. I had one a few years ago and he was so fun.

Anyways, here's my current gang of lazy pets.

My friend has a cat that looks very similar to the one in your photo, the colour pattern of his fur almost matches yours 100%

Shit, 333, I'm retarded. I meant to quote your post and reply but I accidentally hit edit instead and screwed up your post. I'm really sorry, I'm still getting used to having these extra moderator buttons. :o:

What was the second dog's name again?

She's adorable. I just love dogs. I think you should go for it.

This is Rocky-The-Dog
He's a Rottweiler/Siberian Husky mix. Notice he's got an eye color from each breed, which is fairly uncommon I assume. He's pretty big, even though the picture angle doesn't show it. He's about 11 or 12 in actual years. Very sweet dog once he gets to know you.

Rocky-The-Dog thanks you.
He never gets any attention in my dad's backyard. I have to spend gas money just to go there and run him at least twice a week. He's getting pretty old, probably only has about 2 years left in him, but if that's the case, I don't want his last 2 years to be: Sleep, eat, ****. I want him to feel like a dog again.
I can't stand it when people lock their animals up in human houses. Dogs need to be out in the wild, exploring, peeing on things, catching snakes.
I try to give that to RTD as much as possible.
