ips are regional anway aren't they lol, unless it's someone else from this address.

no, each computer, router, network, etc... has its own address. I post from 2 differant places, and i have multiple IPs (because of the differant routers here at work, each router has a differant number associated with the IP address). To have differant users with the exact same IPs mean they have to be using the same computer, same router, same network, etc. and since you are using your home computer, there has to be an association. if these other members are not you, do you have siblings? (it would be pretty funny if your brother or sister was a member of this forum without you being aware)
