I like this forum, it isn't terribly active but doesn't need to be. I've been playing music for 22 years, and have been listening for even longer than that. I actually don't have a genre preference, recently I've been listening to Erik Satie and John Cage a lot.

Is it possible and socially acceptable for me to drop the link to my music in a signature? I see some of ya'll have em', but in User CP, I can't find a place to make a signature anywhere. Thanks.

EDIT: actually, I did notice there were a couple of posts on here today, which makes this a pretty bumpin forum in my opinion.

You need to have been an active member of the community for quite a while before you're allowed to advertise your music.

Quite honestly, this forum has only a few active members left. All the rest of us have migrated to a new forum, where you might find a more receptive audience (or at least more people) for your music than here.

Why was that again? I can't remember if I ever signed up at the new forum. I kind of like having access to 14 years worth of documentation of my music taste here. Not to mention the wealth of knowledge when I feel like exploring less familiar genres.
