Anyone know what song this is? (pop, Hang)

It sounds just like another catchy pop song to me, but I came across it very randomly, and it'll bother me until I figure out who it's sung by!

Here's the link, it's a terrible quality file, but you can make out how it sounds.

can you provide a better usable address? changing the (dot) to . lead me to nothing other than Mediafire.com.
