At any rate, for those of you who like Japanese metal bands, post some of your favorites.

And I love it how some of these bands have English names or spell their names the way it would be spelled in English.
My absolute favorites are in bold :)
So yeah of course, I'd tell you that if youe evr got to listen to some Japanese metal badns, these would be the first ones I recommend to you. :laughing: (I'm such a dope sometimes)

Loudness is a killer band as well

Loudness is ok I guess.
Although I don't really know enough to form an opinion about them

Boris and Envy are probably the only heavy bands i like from japan.. i prefer japanese post rock, Mono, World's end girlfriend, Anoice..

At any rate, yes, The Japanese make metal. We also have rappers too.
Although I'd probably choose 50 cent over almost all Japanese Rappers.

Yoko Kanno does the theme song to Cowboy Bebop s well as many other anime.
It's part of the reason she's so well known in America.

I don`t check the closing credits for music in everything I watch , I must be stupid.

You're not stupid for not checking closing credits ine evrything you watch.
In this particular instance however, most people that know of Yoko Kanno know her for her opening and closing credits for Cowboy Bebop, her ending themse song for Wolf's Raine, and many others.

A fairly new band that I like would be Junxion.
It's an all girl band but they're ok.
I think they formed in like 2000 maybe 2001.
I've seen pictures of the band in Viv magazine I think and their hair. . it's so. . . big.

So i dont know any japanese metal bands, its ok i dont need to be bombarded with a list.. my point is just that it is fantatsic. my floormate last year used to play me his japanese metal and iit was just awesome
