Uh, how is this more experimental than anything else they've done? Aside from a few interesting effects on some songs this is probably the most straightforward rock album they've done since A Series of Sneaks.

So i've never heard a proper spoon song. that is to say, I saw them in concert once awhile back opening for cake and I hated them. (this was Kill the moonlight era)
So Gax5 shows up on iTunes and it sounds less like the "open-spaced noise that surrounded one lone strinment" of Kill the moon light. So if you're a spoon fan, would you let me know 3 or 4 songs that you'd say describes spoon to a t? Im new and I thought Underdog was amazing.

Well, their best is Kill the Moonlight imo, though Gimme Fiction is really close too. You can't choose only 4 songs because they are all so unique.
On a different note, Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga still hasn't grown on me since the first day it leaked. |

I know there might have been a thread about them b4, but i couldn't find any in the last 10 pages.
Do any1 like their stuff? I have been listening to gagagaga and gimme fiction lately(the 2 albums i was recommended) and im just loving it. How are their other albums? Discuss |
