What song is this? Please take a look and if you have a guess, share.
 

Thanks for letting me in. I joined out of motivation for finding a song I am stumped on remembering or finding. I knew it exclusively from its Youtube music video. If anyone can help from this little scrap of memory, I'd appreciate a try. Google is nooooot turning it up with what little I'm using to throw at them.

*I am 90% sure that it's from the 2000-2010 time period, and if erring on one side, I'd err slightly later.

*100% a female singer. I think wearing a yellow sixties-style dress, and that the music video was like a spy movie spoof vibe.

*The singer sings a mock-laugh: hah hah - hah hah - hah hah - HAH HAH - HAH HAH, and while there are a bunch of other songs that show up with that in the title, it's not the one I'm looking for.

*I suck at genre-calling, let alone with a fuzzy memory of this song. But I'm thinking it would be labeled as kind of an indie rock thing. It is NOT hip hop/rap or dance music. I'm sure of that.

If this is enough to guess, or that it seems familiar, drop a line here, please. This is driving me nuts.

That's all I got right now. Been trying very hard to remember any real lyrics, but nothing. Trying to think of this at least a week. It's ridiculous because I've re-found it BEFORE and still can't get back to it.
