I need help finding a song please

For months now I've been trying to remember this particular song and I've had no luck, hopefully someone here could help me before I go mad.
I only remember parts from the music video itself I believe it's classed as indie music.
The scene is on a long disused road with 6-8 invisible men wearing coloured suits and they're in rainbow bow colour/pattern order matching in a single row behind the singer. This song is about 10+yrs old I think.
As strange as it may sound does this ring anyones bells?
