Default Help me find a song! Female indie from 2010ish

The song is from around 2010, maybe later, mostly acoustic, female voice similar to Kimya Dawson. The song is about a girl singing to her childhood friend, lyrics similar to:
"You used to come to my house after school"
"We used to walk on the street after school"
"We used to wear the same dress"
Generally about two friends having grown up/apart

The song overlaps loops at the end "you used to come to my house after school" and it gets quite hectic until all the loops coincide perfectly and ends abruptly.

I've been looking for this song for years and have no luck, and I feel that I'm close with listening to similar music lately (or music I listened to at the time): Waxachatche, Kimya Dawson, HAIM, Feist, etc...
Any help at all would be so appreciated, thank you!

Girlpool broke up not too long ago. But they put out some really good stuff. I especially like this one:
