i really really really thought i was gonna like these guys when i heard mollys chambers but aparently that was the only decent song on the album so i didnt buy it.

i didnt buy an album either i have those songs on i tunes

I think their music is OK but they are pretty cool guys. I met them when I went to see The Colour play in Nashville. You should definately check out The Colour (who are good friends with Kings).

i MUCH prefer Youth and Young Manhood over Aha Shake Heartbreak, its rawer, the songs are better and its just generally a funner album to listen to. AHA is at times too overworked for a band whos strength is raucous garage rock with a southern twist. I agree with urban too, live songs like pistols of fire, velvet snow and taperjean girl sound brilliant.. on the album im left slightly underwhelmed. Needs to be a bit dirtier.

Anyone have the new disc? I vaguely remember seeing KOL play a new song called "Charmer" live last summer.

They're all right... Their name kind of sucks. I was supposed to see them a while back; i ended up not.
