I really like the first album but the second didnt do a lot for me.

Same, the first is packed full of tunes and is a shining album out of all the other stuff released by the british guitar bands popular at the time but the 2nd just seemed a bit stale most of the time, bit off more than they could chew i think. Great opener though.
I'll probably pick this up regardless though.

The first album (although still taking lots of influences) is way different to the slew of guitar bands that exploded at the time. Have you heard the album?

Pretty sure Interpol was nothing like Interpol before their last album...

Bloc Party, The Strokes, Interpol, Editors, they all sound the same now. For shame.
