duuude...are you comparing ATDI and the arcade fire with joy division...i don't know about you,but ATDI makes me wanna scream and kick some ass, whilst the arcade fire makes me wanna dance....joy division on the other hand makes me wanna..oh, i dunno, SLIT MY WRISTS?!...and don't tell me there are NO SIMILARITIES between the doors and joy division, i've been a doors fan for a long time now, and i can definitely see it ( morrisons drunken, LCD popin whinin..come on!)...anyway i just call it like i see it. i can agree about the vocal stuff but not about the rhythm section.and i'm not saying joy division aren't much deeper, i mean the man was obviously in humongous pain...

and i wasn't really happy with your reply...where's the name-calling,bitchslappin etc...well i think we're done with this joy division thing...why don't you name all the music that you're listening to ( all the stuff you have in your cd collection ) so we can start some other "intelligent" debate..this one's run it's course.

since I'm a rookie when it comes to Indie and Alternative music and all that comes with it so I haven't really heard any other songs besides Evil which I really liked!...

I like interpol, I bought TOTBL's and its so so, i've only heard Evil from antics, but I like it. Theres alot of people running around here who think their opinion is godly, you cna't let it get to you, because these two are the least of your worries.

P.S. - try "love will tear us apart", people seem to like that one, at least Rufus Wainwrights sister does.

You are the one who`s always complaining about dumb posts , this guy was slagging off bands he`s never even bothered to listen to. It has stuff all to do with my opinion being godly.

Yeah, im calling for more novel posts, not hacking up people for listening to a band. And I wasn't refering to you with "godly" posts, I meant the newer "know it alls" and the ilk.

My facts, sir, are as in order as anyone elses. You make habit of dicing people up, don't be ashamed, you're a hatemonger, its what you do.
