What is it that makes you love them so much? Were they two really great performances?

I have the first two Interpol albums and both are fine discs in their own right. I didn't hear too many comments in support of their most recent disc, but i am sure it hd its gems dig out of the compost...

Our Love to Admire has way more gems than Antics.

I loved Antics, so maybe if the most recent album had more gems in it, I'll have to look into picking it up. They're a band I can put on and enjoy pretty much every time.

I don't know that's why I'm asking. I've only heard 1 song it's pretty good, not great. From what I've read the album's sound isn't far off from Interpol's.

music vid featuring the ever lovely Emily Haines

I will eventually have to get around to hearing Our Love to Admire... I loved both of the first two Interpol albums, so I figure its quite likely I'll enjoy it!

In my opinion, the, uh Julian Plenti album doesn't have much Interpol sound on it. I think he sounds different... than his usual, sounding like Ian Curtis. I think that it sounds tons different. But I'm not sure if I like it that much. I need to listen again.
