windsock's Florist is a welcome change of pace. Among all the inventiveness of these Tiny Desk Concerts, that girl's music is a reminder that you can take something simple, tweak it around a little, and make it all your own. Very nice.

Thanks Plankton: Steve Martin surprised me at how good he is on the banjo. Initially I had some resistance to the idea that a comedian could be considered as a serious musician too. It made me feel uneasy somehow - in fact I felt much more comfortable with these cross-dressing Koreans.
