^ Deqn Sue has some nice fresh songs. Doesn't hurt that she comes across as such a genuine, cheerful charmer.

Have you notice that the Desk Concert series is continuing during the era of covid with home recordings? Here's a faultless session from Jacob Collier - just right if you are in the mood for some light, jazzy vocal harmonies beautifully executed:-

Between songs, one guy mentions the intriguing detail that they have been quarantined together for 10 weeks, so even if you don't care for their style of music, gotta give them credit for being on better terms with each other than The Beatles when they recorded Let It Be.

Not sure whether you are joking or really not recognizing that it's just one guy.

HaHa! Not joking, but mistaken, grindy! I've just rushed back to edit out my mistake, but you've beaten me to it.

Thank you for being taken in, just like I was!

Turns out that Jacob Collier has a high reputation among musicians, particularly for his skills in harmony:

Spoiler for 16 mins of analysing Jacob Collier:

Man if I just heard that without the video proof I’d never believe they pulled off that perfect vocal harmonizations like that without meticulously using several individual takes in the studio. To pull that off in a single track live recording is something not many bands can do. That may not be first in line for what I usually listen to but damned if that don’t do it well.
