Can't think of the name of that Bristish band
 

Been thinking about bands I used to listened to in 1990s. An album's cover pops to mind, but I can't remember the band's name, let alone the title, could someone please help?

All I remember is, the album's cover showed a big blue wave in close up (no surfer, no background<-that would be the sky). The closest sounding band I can think of is the Stone Roses. I've scrolled through lists of alternative UK bands, I didn't recognize any that would match that record. It must have been early 1990s.

The stone roses sound literally NOTHING like Ride though.
