It's called anti-humour. Here's a wiki article, read 'am and weep:

Did you read the article? It said the joke can't have a punchline. Nea's jokes do. They just aren't funny.

Neapolita is funnier than everyone who has talked **** on Neapy.

He has moments of brilliance, but in general he's too boring to be funny. When he's got an enemy to motivate him is when he gets on a roll.

Did you even read the first line? "Anti-humor is a type of indirect humor that involves the joke-teller delivering something which is intentionally not funny, or lacking in intrinsic meaning." And besides my responses to Ki was more like being on $100,000 Pyramid game show hosted by Michael Strahan than being a punchline or even a nonhumorous punchline by your standards. He gave the definition and I provided the vocabulary word, there was no punchline involved.

... and in case you don't know, this is an example of a joke with a punchline:

Q: Why did the blonde get fired from the M&M factory?
A: Because she was caught stamping ɯ's on the candy.

The best way to tell a joke is with an obnoxious laugh afterwards that goes on for way too long.

Music is closely aligned with lifestyle, fashion, and other aspects that speak to a person's sense of identity. When you challenge someone's taste in music, I think it's sometimes difficult to talk about *just* the music.

Still depends how the person is doing the criticizing, he could just stating an opinion or he can be pretentious about it.
