Hahaha, stupid Barwise.
Anyway, if you don't like Pavement I think you're missing out but that's ok cause i don't like a ****load of bands. I think Pavement and Interpol are both at the top of their sounds and props to them for achieving that.

Actually, I just told myself I didn't like Pavement because my friend bought Crooked Rain before I got the chance to, and he never liked any cd I bought, so I needed ammo. Whatta' prick.

Muchos respectos to Pavement on their influence and what they kick-started and so on, but their music has grown quite stale to me after a while, and thus, as quite the Interpol fanatic, Ill have to go with my NYC Indie Goth babies. They do make much more memorable "pop" moments than Pavement, if you want to put it like that. I dont remember Pavement writing anything half as fantastic as "Evil", "Say Hello To The Angels" or "Obstacle 1".
