What's that song????
 

Hi all, new here so if this has been asked before please be kind.

I'm desperate to find a song that had quite a bit of airplay either late last 2004 or early 2005.

It's quite distinctive, so describing it shouldn't be a problem.

A monotonous (sp?) voice reeling off names of musical artists set against a 'dancey' background.

Hope this rings a bell with someone out there, it's doing my head in trying to find it.

Any pointers greatly appreciated.

The lyrics read along the lines of (not correct, but may give more of a clue)

'blondie, fleetwood mac, pink floyd, the beatles, david bowie, the stones, elvis presley......' and so on and so forth

All artist's names, no other lyrics

No no no its not, Im sure... I know EXACTLY which song they mean... Gimme a minute!
