I was downtown Ottawa with some friends, bumped into this artist at Zaphods. He absolutely stole the venues attention. He captivated the crowd like you would expect from a well known act. Talked to him after the show. Very humble guy! His current LP is on youtube. He keeps you guessing with Soul/Blues to Indie Rock/ Alternative. I recommend him if you're into The Strokes, The Black Keys, John Mayer.

The single Love to Love was a show stopper! Search "Matt Powell - Love to Love"
