I just listened to their debut album and I'm not a fan of the dense and confused sound they included on there; in fact if I were a part of "The Britpop Wars" I would of voted for Blur.
However they did do Wonderwall and they mellowed out the sound in the second album so the ultimate question is this, should I bother with Oasis? |

There are too many great artists to be bothering with crap like Oasis.
