I think they are quite good... should make my top 20 albums of the year. I don't listen to the album much though anymore and just listen to remixes and live sets though...
Seen them 3 times now. In Reading where they headlined a small venue (best performance of theirs and after had drinks with the band next door and Kele was a sound bloke), next night at the NME tour with Undertones, Kaiser Cheifs and Killers and lastly at Glasto. I don't care for them as much on big stages... This is one of those bands that found enough popularity that a lot of Indie fans are now saying they are crap... Odd how that works... |
