Not right behind... I'd put Lifes Rich Pageant and Fables and probably Reckoning in front of it... but pretty close.
When ranking their albums I'd go:

5. Reckoning
6. New Adventures in Hi-Fi
7. Document
8. Out of Time
9. Monster
10. Green
11. Accelerate
