What is this song called?

I heard it like in 2013 (probably a hit back then), it sounds like devotchka, steven sufjan, beirut style. I made a playback of the melody of the song in FL studio (synth sounds at beginning are the vocals, and the synth at the end was played like at 2/3 of the song), heard it back in england so I'm guessing the band is english.. Thanks!
