Why did they want Loise Wener to be "burnt"?
 

Louise Wener (singer with mid-1990s britpop band Sleeper) has said that in one music paper there were letters from men calling for her to be burnt at the stake as a witch. I know she upset feminists and the political correctness brigade, but does anyone know why the guys writing to that music paper were upset with her?

Probably because she was an attention whore with little talent who ended up fucking most of her own band.

So what if she ****ed most of her own band? If she'd been a guy they would have seen her as a hero and want to emulate her. Sounds to me like their masculinity was offended because she wasn't being a "good girl".
