in all seriousness the Stone Roses first album is probably one of the most important albums ever. every so often I forget they exist then I remember and I'm like holy f ucking shytdick I love the Stone Roses

I remember listening to This Is The One in high school and having my mind blown. Stone Roses are amazing.

Agreed.

Also, not exactly Britpop, but since you mentioned them in the OP, Spiritualized's Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space might be my favorite album of the '90s.
