I remember listening to This Is The One in high school and having my mind blown. Stone Roses are amazing.

Also, not exactly Britpop, but since you mentioned them in the OP, Spiritualized's Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space might be my favorite album of the '90s.

Out of that whole "scene" Suede are by far my favourite band.

Their first three albums are, with the exception of "Lazy" on the third and "This Hollywood Life" on the second, flawless.

They're quite amazing live as well.
