Default In Retrospect, Would It Have Been A Good Thing If Mother Love Bone Kept Making Music?

As any Mother Love Bone fan will tell you, it sucks that MLBs discography is so tiny. Their compilation, Mother Love Bone, if I'm not mistaken (though please correct me if I'm wrong), is their entire recorded output.

Now, without a doubt, Andrew Wood's death was tragic. People who knew him will tell you that he was a great human being, and he didn't deserve to die. I agree. It's sad that he died, and the way that he died.

It's also sad that as an MLB fan, they never became as big as they should have. They could have been huge if not for the untimely death of Andy. It sucks that they didn't have more music to their name.

At the same time, if Mother Love Bone would have stayed, we would have never gotten Pearl Jam or Temple Of The Dog. As someone who loves both bands, I simply can't imagine a world without PJ or TOTD.

So, what I'm asking you is, do you wish there was more MLB music? Do you hate the fact that they ended before their prime? At the same time, would the loss of Pearl Jam and Temple Of The Dog be too much to ask? In a way, is it a good thing that MLBs output was so small? Or do you, like me, feel a bit of both?
